1. Platform Overview & Mission

Yellow Book LLC is a fundraising platform designed to support registered non-profit organizations and charities in raising funds during galas and special events.

2. Impact Ventures & Hospitality Offerings

Impact Ventures is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yellow Book LLC, specializing in the curation of exclusive travel and hospitality packages. These experiences are secured at preferred rates in exchange for the targeted exposure and brand visibility Yellow Book provides across high-end gala events.

3. Final Sale & Transferability

  • All Sales Final: All auction winning bids, purchases, and package sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

  • Non-Transferable: Packages and individual certificates are non-transferable to third parties, except as explicitly provided in Section 5.

4. Winner’s Certificate & Redemption Timelines

  • Winner’s Certificate: Every winning bidder is required to execute a Winner’s Certificate, which outlines the specific terms, inclusions, and restrictions of the winning package.

  • Standard Booking Window: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the package details or Winner’s Certificate, the winner has 12 months from the date of the event to complete their booking.

  • Standard Travel Window: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all travel and stay experiences must be completed within 18 months from the date of the event.

5. Extensions & Policy Exceptions

  • Extensions: Requests to extend the 12-month booking period or 18-month travel window may be accommodated at the sole discretion of Impact Ventures, subject to an administrative fee.

  • Transfers: Requests to transfer a package to another party may be permitted upon written request and approval, subject to applicable transfer fees.
